		<description>Ground up eggshells, eh?  I hadn&#039;t heard of that one.  I just brewed my first batch this weekend, and was advised to include a tbsp of Irish Moss to aid in clarification while it ferments.  I&#039;m not brewing expert, but the person who told me to do this makes a living off of brewing beers and meads.

I my moss doesn&#039;t do the trick I&#039;ll have to try your eggshell method.
